again, i am saturated beyond satiation. owing to both turkey day and the leftovers after...but, oh, it feels good. =D
Roger and i cooked up a veritable feast of traditional goodies, then joined Jim in eating up half the overstock and watching the extended Two Towers. usually i dislike sharing the kitchen--everyone likes things their own way, and oftentimes get in each others' ways--but i must say that this was a grand exception. everything seemed to turn out twice as good, and the process was twice as fun. i owe it to my partner in cookery. yay, teamwork!
this was perhaps my favorite Thanksgiving, though i sorely miss my brothers and friends. but i am thankful for ppl and places to miss, and a loved one to be with since i must be away.
i received a forward regarding the aacf senior roadtrip. it brought tears to my eyes. i wonder how everyone's doing, as i kit with very few. hopefully work (please let me have a job by then) and classes won't get in the way, because i'd really love to catch up with ppl.
